Shipping

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders of $50 or more within the United States. For orders under $50, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

Orders are processed within one to two (1–2) business days.

At this time, we provide shipping services exclusively to the United States and Canada.

Returns & Damaged Items

Due to the nature of our curated collections and stationery bundles, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within two (2) business days of delivery.

For damaged items, we kindly ask that you provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging within two business days, so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier and assist you as quickly as possible.

Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
